1. The Nature of Our Service

Refriend is a technology platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and internal company employees ("Referrers").

Not an Employment Agency: Refriend is not an employment agency or a headhunter. We do not hire candidates directly, nor do we guarantee employment or interviews.

The Referral Process: Our service is limited to vetting your profile and, if qualified, connecting you with an internal referrer. The final decision to refer or hire rests solely with the Referrer and their respective employer.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two primary membership tiers for candidates:

• The Breakthrough Pass: A single-application credit designed for targeted outreach. If a Referrer does not respond within seven (7) days, your credit is restored to your account.
• The Career Accelerator: A recurring monthly subscription for active seekers, offering unlimited applications and priority access to our network.

Pricing: Fees for these plans are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Review Service: Since our team begins the professional vetting of your profile immediately upon application, fees are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations: You may cancel your Career Accelerator subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

• Paying for a subscription does not guarantee a referral.
• Being referred does not guarantee an interview or a job offer.
• Refriend is not responsible for the hiring decisions of third-party companies.

5. User Conduct & Integrity

Accuracy: You must provide truthful and accurate information in your CV and profile. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without a refund.

Anti-Bribery: Candidates are strictly prohibited from offering money or any form of compensation to Referrers. Any such attempt will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refriend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your failure to secure employment.
