  • With Referrers: Once pre-vetted, your professional profile and resume will be shared with internal employees at the companies you are interested in.
  • Confidentiality: We provide built-in filters to ensure your profile is hidden from your current employer’s domain to maintain your professional safety.
  • No Third-Party Sales: We never sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Account Deletion: You have the "Right to be Forgotten." You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax/billing records).
